Telemental therapy, as a complement to our in-person counseling services, increases access to care by overcoming barriers to services, such as access to reliable transportation, scheduling conflicts, needing to take time off work, etc. Teletherapy services use online video conferencing technology (e.g., Zoom) to connect individuals to the help they need—anytime, anywhere.
